The nutrients in concentrations of 100 parts per million (ppm) in plant tissues are described as micronutrients and comprising of Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Boron (B), Copper (Cu), Chlorine (Cl), Molybdenum (Mo), and Nickel (Ni). Low mineral content adversely affecting plant, animal and human health.
Deficiency of above elements has been noticed in Indian sub continent. When a soil is deficient in micronutrient, plant grown on it will face deficiency of that particular micronutrient and can express symptoms called deficiency symptoms. Deficiency symptoms can be useful in recognizing something is wrong with the plant and can be treated with proper supplement. Deficiency of micronutrients during the past three decades has grown in both magnitude and extent because of increased use of high analysis fertilizers, use of high yielding crop varieties and increase in cropping frequency. This has become a major constraint for production and productivity.
All these years, recommendation of multi micronutrients was being made only on the basis of controlling deficiency symptoms in crops but now agriculture requires multi micronutrients as one of the regular inputs. Remarkably this should be considered with regular use of major nutrients (primary) in increase the quality of yield along with this the scientists concerned should also recommend multi micronutrients depending upon the requirement for different crop and plant growth stages.
The role and deficiency symptoms of micronutrients in plant:
Zinc (Zn) needed for the production of important plant hormones, like auxin. It is involvement for cell division, growth and production of outer coat of grains (husks).
Zinc deficiency results in stunted growth, lessened internodes length, young leaves are smaller than normal.
Iron (Fe) assists in biological process and cell growth in plants. Iron is a component of enzymes, essential for chlorophyll synthesis, photosynthesis the process whereby plants use sunlight for growth.
Iron deficiency leads to chlorosis or yellowing between the veins of new leaves.
Manganese (Mn) performs an important role in photosynthesis, chloroplast production, a cofactor in many plant reactions and activates enzymes.

Borewell digging
The tube well casing houses the inlet, cylinder, piston valves and rising main of a “down-the-hole” type hand pump. Casing to support the external surfaces of the borehole against collapse may be needed, either temporarily or permanently, and is often made of PVC pipe, which is both cheap and inert.
Seepage down the tube well bore is prevented by the sanitary seal. Seepage from the ground above the aquifer is excluded by the lengths of plain casing. Water to be pumped is admitted through slots in the lower lengths of casing.
Water abstracted from aquifers in relatively soft ground usually contains sand or silt particles, which are liable to cause rapid wear to pump valves and cylinders (and dissatisfaction among consumers). Methods of preventing these particles from reaching the pump are of two general types, screening and sand/gravel packing.
Screening
In the simplest devices, slots are simply cut in the casing. More elaborate compact screens are available commercially; some can be bolted on to pump inlets. Materials used include woven wire and man-made fabric; the latter can be wrapped around the pump inlet assembly.
Sand/gravel packing
Graded sand and gravel may be placed from the top of the borehole. More compact, pre-bonded, packs of sand and/or gravel are available commercially; some of these can also form part of the pump inlet assembly. Sand and/or gravel packing are meant to eliminate particles from the water before they reach the screen which they would otherwise have passed through.
Procedure to lay a borewell
The laying of borewells in the city has a few procedures that must be adhered to in order to not inconvenience other residents or violate the rules in place.
Residents are prohibited from digging borewells on streets and pavements. Such borewells are deemed illegal. The borewells can be dug only within the premises of the building, inside the compound walls.
Borewells and open wells in the premises of a household must be registered with the approved by filling out a form for the same. The submission can be made online or offline at the office or depot in the locality.
The registration details must be shared within 90 days to the CMWSSB. Residents must furnish information on purpose of use, type, depth and diameter of the borewell, type of pump and information on the EB connection that is to be used with the borewell. The information furnished must be accurate. The borewells may be subject to inspection and enumeration by the officials of the CMWSSB.
While digging borewells, slurry management must be done to ensure that the extracted slurry is not dumped in the surrounding areas or let into sewage lines like in the above instance. The slurry is to be taken away from the site by the company contracted for digging and disposed of responsibly.
Borewells dug at households cannot be used to extract water for commercial purposes such as water supply through tankers.
As more households undertake borewell digging, it is up to individuals to not deviate from these norms and not cause issues in the neighborhood due to their negligence. Residents of the neighborhood also have to remain vigilant and ensure proper slurry disposal is followed and the borewells are not used for commercial purposes, thereby leading to over-extraction.

Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd micronized rubber powder (MRP) is a low-cost, high-performance, and environmentally friendly raw material that can be used to replace oil and rubber-based materials. We grind TDF chips to produce the highest quality micronized rubber powder. Sunflex Recycling Pvt Ltd converts used tires and other post-industrial rubber into micron-scale powders that are sold to manufacturers of advanced products such as high-performance tires, industrial rubber, consumer and industrial plastics, asphalt, coatings, and construction materials.
MRP is used as a compound extender to offset the use of natural rubber and synthetic polymers, as well as a process aid in the manufacturing of materials. Because it replaces commodity-priced rubber- and oil-based feedstocks, MRP can reduce formulation costs in some cases. According to some estimates, MRP offers up to a 50% cost savings over virgin raw materials.

Activated Crumb Rubber.
Sunflex has the technology to begin producing activated crumb rubber for future rubber technologies. We’ve done some of testing using our own chemical and mixing technology. Tensile strength, elongation at break, and hardness shore *A tests were all successful.
This is a novel approach to rubber recycling. This helps to reduce the overall cost of rubber compounding. Activated crumb rubber is a novel, cutting-edge technology with a patented manufacturing process. In an automated process at room temperature, activated crumb rubber is a chemical modifier for the surface of rubber powder.
The sulphur links that connect the rubber chains in vulcanised rubber are broken down by this innovative and patented process. This allows waste rubber to be re-used while retaining the majority of the original rubber’s properties and characteristics. The newly developed patent will be used to replace the old method of producing devulcanized reclaim rubber. We intend to establish a dedicated manufacturing facility for the activated rubber crumb process.
Foundry powders are crucial for metal casting, mainly Casting Powders (flux, silica, carbon for continuous casting to lubricate/protect metal) and Bentonite (a clay binder for green sand molds). Other powders include Coal Dust (carbon additive in sand) and specialized Investment Casting Powders (silica-based for smooth finishes). They control heat, prevent sticking, improve mold strength, and absorb impurities, varying by casting type (steel, non-ferrous, jewelry).
